The SME Software platform has benefitted from millions of investment, and the largest part of this has been spent on writing native code.

This means that the entire platform, front and back, from A to Z, was written in-house by our team, line by line. The same team that's available to support you if you need it.

Data and backups

We take a file and database backup every 4 hours for you, and offsite backups daily. We can restore daily data for you going back 30 days.

Your data is stored in an database of our own design, so we've got intimate hands-on control of it, and no mysteries. Should there be any issues our technicians will do everything they can to help you out.

Standards

As payment industry professionals, some of our founding team participated in the development of PCI DSS industry standards. We continue to innovate and develop new security techiques for the SME Software platform.

No personal card data is stored by us, and all systems are fully GDPR compliant.

Hosting

The SME Software Software platform is hosted on modern state of the art servers in a secure location on mainland UK.

All servers are kept up to date and are protected by a complex structure of firewalls and protective software. We also have some proprietary protection methods.

For security reasons, no further comment.

Zero maintenance & lower costs

With everything managed online by you, and with all the pages automatically provided by us and our Cloud systems, there's nothing for you or anyone else to maintain, ever.

We do all that for you, making sure that all our customers are getting the latest versions and the newest features, all at the same time.

So, this means we're also taking care of the server hosting of your pages, the security, and making sure that everything is upgraded when it should be.
